A key that has not been activated is refunded in full within 14 days of payment.
After activation
An activated key is refunded in full if it has been in use for less than 2 hours.
Outages
When a problem keeps Global from working, every active user gets bonus time added to their key.
No key in the email
If the key has not arrived within an hour, check the spam folder, then write to us. We resend the key or refund the payment.
How to ask
Write to support@boredatom.dev with the email used at checkout. The money is returned to the original payment method.
